Crypto Foundations Mastery Workshop – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 “Provider” means Investia International and its affiliates.
1.2 “Participant” means the individual who purchases access to the Workshop.
1.3 “Workshop” refers to the Crypto Foundations Mastery Workshop, including live sessions, recordings, materials, and any supplemental events.
1.4 “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions governing your purchase and participation.

2. Purchase & Payment

2.1 Full payment of the Workshop fee is due at the time of registration.
2.2 Accepted payment methods are those displayed on our checkout page. All fees are quoted in USDT (or equivalent) and exclude any applicable taxes.
2.3 Registration is confirmed only once payment is received and cleared. A confirmation email with further details will follow.

3. Access & Delivery

3.1 The Workshop is delivered via live video conferencing (e.g., Zoom) on the dates specified in official provider's communication channels.
3.2 Recordings, slide decks, and supplementary materials will be made available digitally after completion of each live session.
3.3 All access credentials (links, passwords) are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 You may cancel your registration within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less any transaction and admin fees.
4.2 Cancellations made after 7 days of purchase or no-shows are non-refundable.
4.3 To cancel, email [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

5. Participant Obligations

5.1 Participants must ensure reliable internet access and compatible hardware for live sessions.
5.2 Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all interactions.
5.3 Recording, copying, distributing, or selling any part of the Workshop without written permission from the Provider is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All Workshop content—including videos, slides, handouts, and software tools—is the sole property of the Provider.
6.2 Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3 Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation of materials is strictly forbidden.

7. Risk Acknowledgment, Performance Disclaimer & No Guarantees

7.1 Trading in prop-firm environments carries inherent risks, and success is contingent upon each Participant’s individual skills, experience, and effort.
7.2 The Workshop is strictly educational; no representation or warranty is made regarding any Participant’s ability to secure funding, achieve specific performance targets, or generate profits.
7.3 You should not trade with capital you cannot afford to lose and are encouraged to seek independent financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

8.1 The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from participation.
8.2 The Provider shall have no responsibility or liability for the closure, suspension, bankruptcy, or any operational changes of any prop firm, including its evaluation criteria, funding availability, or platform access. Such events are entirely beyond Investia’s control, and Participants expressly release Investia from any claim arising therefrom.
8.3 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their participation or breach of this Agreement.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1 Participant data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By registering, you consent to receive Workshop-related communications via email or designated messaging platforms..

10. Amendments

10.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
10.2 Material changes may be communicated at least seven (7) days before they take effect; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
