Crypto Empowerment Bundle – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 “Provider” means Investia International and its affiliates.
1.2 “Participant” means the individual who purchases access to the Workshop.
1.3 “Workshops” refers to the Crypto Foundations Mastery, Crypto Trading Mastery and $100K Capital Mastery Workshops, inclusive of live sessions, recordings, materials, and any supplemental events.
1.4 “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions governing your purchase and participation.

2. Purchase & Payment
2.1 Full payment of the bundle is required at the time of registration.
2.2 Accepted payment methods are those listed on our checkout page. All fees are quoted in USDT (or equivalent currency) and exclude any applicable taxes.
2.3 Registration is effective upon receipt of cleared payment, at which point you will receive confirmation and access instructions.

3. Access & Delivery
3.1 The Workshops are delivered via live video conferencing (e.g., Zoom) on the dates specified in the provider's official communication channels.
3.2 Recordings and course materials will be made available electronically within 48 hours after each live session.
3.3 Access credentials (login links, passwords) are strictly personal and may not be shared.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 You may cancel your registration within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less any transaction and admin fees of 20%.
4.2 Cancellations made after 7 days of purchase or no-shows are non-refundable.
4.3 To cancel, email [email protected] with your full name, username, order number, and reason for cancellation.

5. Participant Obligations
5.1 Participants must ensure a stable internet connection and compatible hardware for video sessions.
5.2 Recording, distributing, or reselling Workshops live streams or materials without express written permission is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
5.3 Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during live sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All Workshops content—presentations, videos, slides, handouts, and software—is the sole property of the Provider.
6.2 Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.3 Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer
7.1 Cryptocurrency trading and technical analysis carry inherent risks, including potential loss of capital.
7.2 The Workshops are educational in nature; no guarantees of profit or performance are made.
7.3 You should not invest more than you can afford to lose and are encouraged to seek independent financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
8.1 The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8.2 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Workshops or breach of these Terms.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 Participant data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 By registering, you consent to receive Workshops-related communications via email or messaging channels.

10. Amendments
10.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
10.2 Material changes may be communicated at least 7 days before they take effect; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
